"Caviar Server"

"Its the start of Spring here in the Antipodese, and thoughts turn to "Lighter" Luncheons and Dinners, Caviar is a nice starter for either Meal, but in such a Hot climate how to keep it cool?

I have tried to find something localy but had to buy from good ol "Uncle Sam"

The larger dish holds crushed ice, whilst the smaller dish holds the "Black Gold"

Caviar, how lovely, I'll have to pop in for Tiffin sometime.

But seriously that looks like a very good solution. What do you accompany your Caviar with?

"I usually serve them with Blinis, little Russian type pancakes and sour cream, and i finish the caviar off Sunday morning with Scrambled, or a boiled egg"
