Looks 1980s to me, though it is hard to tell from those pictures. Definitely not bespoke, as it has a factory label. Sometimes tailors like "Vincent Custom Tailors" will do their own made-to-measure service through a factory - several places in my town do that with Martin Greenfield or Southwick. That would be my guess about how this suit came to sport both a factory label and a tailor's label.

The fit is too perfect for it to be RTW, it must be MTM!

Lanificio Policoro is the mill that made the cloth so could be tailored or MTM. Many times you purchase the cloth and they give you the mill label to be added. Think the best way you can tell if its tailored (or if it's upscale) is to see the stitching if its done by hand. I would defenitely say it's 80's, at least form the angle the picture is taken
