Can anyone date these "Hi-Ball" glasses?

My friend just received these from her grandma, but doesn't know the era. Here's what she knows about them:

called "Hi-Ball" glasses
from the West Virginia Glass Company

Anyone have any fabulous expertise?

They look rather "Moroccan" or middle eastern, almost as if they would be used for mint tea. they could be any period, but I'd hazzard a guess at 1950-60 rather similar to these items
