It's an easy one. Jean Shop NYC leather cafe racer. Made in cow or goat. Not sure they're still in business, tho.

That's it. Brilliant jacket but good luck tryna find one nowadays. There are close matches. Aero's CR would make a great substitute. Longer collar, clean back, etc.
