C.A.B. Clothing associated with Real McCoy's?

Hey guys-

Is there any relation of C.A.B. Clothing Co. to Real McCoy's? Are they affiliated? Does McCoy's do repro's of C.A.B. military contracts? Is C.A.B. a Japanese firm, and what is their reputation/quality? Thanks for any input.

The C.A.B. clothing Co. I know is a Japanese company that manufactures budget military style clothings modern or otherwise whilst the Real McCoy's is company that recreates old military clothing in the high-end market. I doubt they are affiliated as there is a huge difference in the price and their clothings are made in different countries.
