Thanks for the clarification on sizing - I hadn't got the 2013 catalogue yet. Still, whilst I'd have liked the Demotex-ed, I'd already eschewed the Seawater at UK prices! importantly, the basic N1 fit is just right for me. BTW, the USN etc. stencils at http://stores.ebay.com/US-COUNTRY-STORE are excellent quality; you can get 4 transfers out of one with satisfyingly aged effects; and great service.
