Brooks Leather Shirt Jacket

I am thinking about pulling the trigger on this Brooks jacket? Does anyone own a similar jacket and can offer their opinion? I have seen these snaps on a few older Brooks jackets and was wondering when Brooks used them. Thanks in advance.

That looks very much like the late 70s early 80s. Those snaps were in style and often used by other makers.

When I read leather shirt I got quite excited, but our definitions of leather shirts are poles apart.
The picture shows my chamois leather shirt, it took my missus nearly forty hours to complete the finished product, how I love it.
