The so called unflattering horn style looks rather like victory rolls to me. And honestly, if she was smiling and had some lipstick on, she'd look quite nice.

Yes I quite liked the look if they just did normal vintage make up and if she had her pretty smile on she would look lovely but they are attempting to make her look severe, the eye make up is most unflattering in that picture.

It's DM so I expect them to be ignorant at best with correct terms of things. In all fairness, we don't have to like it, it's probably right for her character. Never been a fan. I'll have to hear rave reviews to consider watching the movie. I see nothing wrong with the outfit though. Don't know what that says about me.

They look strange because the rolls are too far down the side of her head.

I realize she's intended to look "harsh" in that getup. If the rolls were placed just an inch or so higher on either side, or if she had on pretty makeup, it'd be great.

Did any of you see her family tree goes back to the Louvre?
She was/is basically Extreme Royalty so she can look any way she wants to IMHO.
