I was watching Pandora's Box made in 1929. I would highly recomend seeing this film. The many many caps and hats are outstanding. It is a silent film and beautifully shot.

Thank you Marc, however you definitely have quality over quantity. I wish I was around when you sold that Boss Raw Edge.

Yes! There's a scene where Lulu's mustachio'd lover is wearing a tweedy suit with the most incredible diamond weave pattern I've ever seen. And his cap's weave is equally striking. Indescribable, really.

The scene on the train the cap he is wearing is tremendous. The court room scene when they make their escape I could hardly count the different styles.

The DVD release of Pandora's Box is November 21, I'll have to check it out.

Looks every but as good in side view, Marc! Thanks, and by the way, do you have other 1920s hats? I thought I saw some more in your other picture packed thread. That's an era that interests me a lot.

Right on Dean.
I love all hat eras. But the 1920s & 1930s really have the style to me !

Now that's what I'm looking for! Terrific! I hear that the fedora was already becoming "old hat" by the fourties, so wouldn't that make the 20s/early30s the really golden period? Looking forward to shots of your hat, Marc.

I've got to tell you, I believe the 1920/30s are an under-represented era whose time has come! I mean it! Looking at those hats, those photos, that style, and the clothes that go with them. Don't you just feel it? I imagine the Lounge was themed around the 30s/40s but I'm seeing the first 30 years of the 20th century as I said earlier, THE Golden Age.
