It's my size, it has a color I don't have, and a ribbon width I like.
I bet a little bit of steam and a good bash will make it look good again.
I certainly hope so, at least.
seeing as there's no liner, maybe it's a summer weight hat? I guess I'll find out soon enough.

I also picked up this hat, which is a size 7-1/8, but all my stetsons are 7-1/8, and they all work fine. I guess stetsons ran a bit large.
