For some reason I absolutely love the old look of bowling shoes with a 50s look. Anyone else here into bowling shoes/the 50s bowling look? How do you wear it? et.c et.c et.c :)

Oooh, I LOOOOVE bowling shoes!!! I had some once, I just loved wearing them, But they didn't fit after I had my daughter so I had to give them to goodwill. :( So sad.

I wore them with jeans and a cute top mostly. I would probably wear them like you wear saddle shoes.

I agree! I have bowling shoes and love wearing them with a pair of jeans. I got mine at Goodwill so maybe I bought yours, Red.;) Did you give them away like 10 years ago?

It's kinda funny, but originally, bowling shoes were rather subtle and classy, but people kept stealing them so bowling alleys decided to change and make them tacky- that's when they started making them red, white, green, purple, etc. Nowadays people like them because of that!

I have a pair of vintage bowling shoes that I aquired for free, they are cream colored. I like to wear them with vintage bowling shirts and rolled up jeans and bobby sox.
