BLACK AND RED WAIST NIPPER FOR SALE

I was going through some things and came across this waist nipper I had packed away. I had worn it once and it was too big on me so I really need to get rid of it. It measures 22 inches around hooked on the smallest hooks, There are three sets of hooks adding another inch and three quarters. It does have stretch. Six bones. Measures 11 inches at the front basque. I think it would work best on a 28+ waist. No tags.
Asking $12 including shipping in the US. I will ship international but the rate will be higher.

Perchance does it have places for garters? And do you think it would fit someone with a 34" waist?Is it vintage?

It's not vintage and there are no garter attachments. I don't think it would have enough stretch for a 34. Let me know.
