It seems OK to me, but I have to admit that my eye is uneducated. The sale price seems good for a lined fur felt Fedora. If it were my size, I'd be thinking of buying it, since the price is much higher on Lock's site and this seems as a good deal. Is the hat wrong in any way (workmanship, etc.-things I don't know much about), or do you think it just looks ugly?

I see. Wearing a high or low crown depends a lot on what better suits your face. Somebody might look good with a low crown, but not with a high crown.

Indeed, I look better in a medium crown than in an excessivly high or low one. Thus my liking for Tyrolean hats, homburgs and the like.
