Welp, since you seem quite earnest, Aero Leather in Scotland makes one as does Vanson in Fall River Mass. Google will take you to either place most rickey tick. Schott makes a leather Pea Coat but I don't think they still make a leather Barnstormer. The Aero comes with fur collar or without.

Thank you, guys. I really like the look of this kind of jacket, but trying to find one with the removable lining seems pretty difficult. I appreciate the info!

It takes a bit of searching to find ones with good lapel shapes, but the style had a resurgence in popularity in the '60s and '70s. Many from that era had zip-out liners. Originals from the 1920s and 1930s generally had sheepskin or heavy wool linings.

Go with a standard wool lining and then layer, Barnstormers are meant to take a chunky jumper or two under them.
