Instead of responding to the various threads that have been posted during my one month hiatus, I thought I'd start a new thread to address certain issues.
As some have rightly pointed out in other threads, mail order clothes are necessarily a risky business. What many of my customers know is that I do whatever I can to make something right. Customer satisfaction is my primary concern. I have never left a customer holding a bad garment, or prop for that matter, without doing something to remedy the situation.
Since I have been gone, these remedies have had to wait a few extra weeks, which naturally annoy the customer. I am almost caught up answering all e-mails and PMs, so all questions and concerns will be taken care of shortly.
I want to thank those Loungers who have been supportive in these threads and understanding of the perils of self-employment.
Kind regards,
Indy Magnoli
