Just acquired a deadstock B11 made by Moda.
This is a size 42 but is quite roomy so could be worn over an A2. I have been looking for an AF parka for years and this one could not be bettered.
It really looks unworn – mouton hood is perfect and soft, white drawstrings perfect, AF wing decal (colour) on shoulder is perfect with slight overall fading. There is no wear on the sleeves and all buttons and fastners are still fully blackened.
The zip is a Conmar bell and has what looks like a goatskin leather pull tag. I have not come across Moda before.
It was not cheap but far less than a Buzz Rickson B9 and far better.
