I'm trying to restore an original B-3 jacket and I need to do some patch work
Does anyone know where I can find some sheepskin leather?

I tried tandy leather, but the wool was orange (no joke)

thanks

Welcome to the forum. Aero or Eastman may be able to supply you with some shearling. Alternatively you may be able to buy a B3 donor jacket on ebay which is beyond repair yet still has some sections of robust fleece.

B 3 restoration

Hi there, I had a B 3Jacket along with several leather Jackets and I took them to a Place called Snow White cleaners in California (Stockton)exclusively leather. they can repair leather Jackets and it was cheap, and One of my Jackets happened to be an Eastman Leather B 3 Leather sheepskin jacket.

To keep the shearling aged look going also try finding WWII sheepskin pants on Ebay. The B-1/A-3 or even the Navy version. The USAF was wrapping aircraft parts (stored in the wharehouse)in old jackets and pants in Thule up until the early 90s. Good luck
