I have seen the Avirex B-3 jackets on the web at around $700, how do you compare them with the B-3's from Schott and Cockpit USA? The Avirex looks fine on the pics, I only don't like the branding at the chest, but it seems something of a tradition for Avirex/Cockpit. The other B-3 in that range or price is from Alpha Industries, but the quality doesn't look the same.
I'm also looking for a Cockpit AN-J-4, it's less then $1100 with the shipping included. Not sure if there is another option in that range price and if someone has tried the Cockpit model. I'm not worried about authenticity, and the side entry pockets are a plus.
Finally, I'm interested in a leather B-15, so far I like the Cockpit B-15 in leather. Cockpit has some nice details and a removable liner, which should make it suitable for very cold winters. But it costs around $700, and not sure where I could find that jacket at discount prices and if there are another options.
