I picked up a almost new Avirex goatskin A-2 that has a cotton lining with no inside pocket, no hand warmer pockets, neck clasp and the traditional black and gold avirex tag. Fits slim not like a traditional WW2 jacket.

Overall the quality look very good, better than the horsehide A-2 I bought back in 1984.

Any idea from when this jacket might be from? Looks almost identical to the Cockpit A-2 reissue.
