In the menu at the top of the screen, click on User CP. On the left hand side of the screen you will then see an option for Edit Avatar.

Not about avatars but other pictures in the forums.

Sometimes I can't see all pictures. There's just a little box with an X in. And somtimes it is bigger and white and says flickr. Was is that? What should I do so I can see the pictures?

And is there any size you want the pictures to be? I have posted a few and they are enormous. And how do you change the size?I have photobucket and change the size there but they come out big despite my change in size.

I prefer big pictures but maybe it's a problem for them who have a slow internetconnection.

I believe that the x and the flickr box means that the person deleted or moved the picture from its original source. Sorry I'm not sure about Photobucket sizing since I use Flickr.
