"This volume, created and executed by JL Honegger, bound and ornamented with the sketches of JF Vigny, painter, has been edited into 12 copies, of which 2 were trade copies (HCI and HCII) and 1-10 were numbered and signed."

Unless my French is totally off, which it may be, you may have something valuable there. Some pics?

You beat me to it, but that looks accurate to me. And agreed about it being possibly quite valuable. Considering there's only 10 signed copies, and you've got #3, if I were you I'd look into it's origins. What a neat-looking book though! I love thrift store finds.
