Anyone know this union label from this Made in Canada hunting jacket?

I'm up on a lot of the labels - and did some remedial research on this one - but maybe I have some sort of brain problem here. Like with a jigsaw puzzle piece, maybe I can't extrapolate the whole from the part.

This is all that's showing. It's in the inside of a breast pocket.

It's from a 1960s Pioneer Sportswear wool hunting jacket. It's got the Woolmark so it's post-1964 and it's got no French on the label so it's pre-1976 or so (when bilingual labelling was introduced in Canada).

Might be a variant on the UGWofA tag, but the photo is just too small out of focus to get any of the detail.

I am pretty sure Pioneer is a Winnipeg brand if that is of any help.
