I do not wear dress watches myself but do admire the Cartier line. I like the Ballon Bleu from a design perspective. The integrated crown guard is a unique way to protect the crown from accidental bumps while achieving a unique design cue. I would only consider the large version of the watch were I to purchase one as I like a watch with wrist presence. Also, I am a mechanical watch fan so the quartz version would be a no go and I would opt for an automatic. It is a beautiful design.
