I just stumbled (bad word choice, I know) upon a bottle and was quite impressed. The accompanying "literature" claims that it's a variety of mescal, like tequila, which gave me pause. I had always thought tequila was from the agave cactus, and mescal was from another variety of cactus. Anyway, this Hacienda de Chihuahua sotol is fabulous. Any of you familiar with it?
