Antique Paniolo Stetson Hat

I was given an old Stetson recently. It looks similar to many hats I've seen Clint Eastwood Spaghetti Westerns. It also looks similar to an Amish hat. It's in mint condition aside from a bit of discoloration on the white padding inside the hat. All the stitching is perfect. There's quite a bit more stitching than newer ones I've seen. On one side of the inside leather band is the gold Nutria Quality John Stetson logo. On the other side it says K. Hayashi Store. Kamuela, Hawaii. This is also printed in gold. I spoke with the lady who last owned the store. She told me it was a family run store that used to be the Parker Ranch Store which is the largest privately owned ranch in the U. S. She couldn't tell me much about the hat so I'm hoping a true collector can help me. I am looking to sell this hat. It's a size 7 which is too small for me. It's a one of a kind hat that tells the story of the Paniolo's who were Mexican Cowboys brought to Hawaii to show them how to run the ranch properly. Any help would be great. Mahalo and Aloha
