Another Knox 20

Just picked up a vintage brown Knox 20 on ebay for $13. What do you guys think of the condition from the lousy pic?

P.S. Can a vintage Knox 20 be worn in the rain? Will the color bleed like modern powdered hats?

Looks like it's in good condition. Lower crown and shorter brim than my style would permit.

I always find the Knox Twenty to be a fine hat. The felt is nice and floppy even though it is not as thin as say a vintage Borsalino. Looks like you have a wind trolley present as well. I cannot see the inside of the hat but my guess from the outside of the hat would be mid-fifties.
You are lucky to be such a small size. There are tons of them out there for you to choose from. What really matters is simply how it looks on you. Send pictures when you get it in.

I have a knox 20 and it is one of the nicest hats I have. Don't worry about the color running in the rain. That's only modern stetsons.
