This is an amazing story! This young pony was attacked by a pit bull that badly mangled her right front leg. She was at a rescue facility destined for the glue factory until a DVM noticed just how smart she was. Long story short after having a prosthesis made he amputated the leg below the knee. She has fully recovered, even learned to walk on 3 legs but prefers the prosthesis. And if she gets away even I could track her because instead of a frog she leaves a smiley face with her hoof everywhere she goes!
