Unbelievable 28 year old jacket, complete with original swing tickets. This is a real gem, which we were gob-smacked to see in this pristine condition, made in 1986 or 1987, no later. A Connelly Steerhide Highwayman in a size 44", as new tartan wool lining and Ailee zipper.

Nice. I have a black 44 probably in the Connelly hide. I bought it a couple of years back. I got it out after reading this thread. The classic Aero jacket. I've had a few Aeros come and go but the Highwayman stays. If you wanted one Aero that would be the one to have.

That Connelly leather is gorgeous, reminds me of the Steerhide they use on the 59' HWM, which is also stunning. I Wonder whether it's dyed through or has a brown undertone like Horween CXL.
