Paddy's "MySpace"

I'm still getting to grips with this MySpace thing, so bare with me please But it's great to know that so many of my friends from here are on it too. Just a shame I cannot get the instant messenger working when I see that someone is 'on.'

Advice please on designing my MySpace place...

I look at some folks sites and they are amazing, with a jukebox playing and moving banners, and lots of thumbnail pics..etc. I want one just like that but don't know how...:cry: waaaAAAH!!!
Are there any easy programs out there that I can use to design a nice site for MySpace, as I just feel that with my limited knowledge, my current one sucks.
All help and suggestions appreciated please...

I have yet to see what the hoopla is about the "my space" thing. It seems pointless. I don't see the attraction.....but obviously most young people see something in it.[huh]

I think it is the all in one networking place. You can link up with all your friends, send them bullitins, search for old friends who may be on MySpace.

Instant message and email are incorporated. Post your pictures and easily design your own page. It is extremely user friendly. It's like having a home address on the web. You can ad those you like and deny those you do not.

Movies now have myspace pages where you can ask to be a friend and get updates and also... It is the fact that it is too easy to use, Free and all encompassing in its nature.

I myself believe it will be as well known as Google by mid next year.

It is better than email.
