Aero sleeve length

I’m sure I’ve seen this somewhere before either here or on their webpage but for the life of me can’t find it again, can anyone tell me how Aero measure sleeve length? Is it from the shoulder seam straight down to the cuff, or does it follow the curve of the sleeve, seam to cuff?
