Similar measurements to a 30s Slim Halfbelt Aero I had in a 42 years ago. (I definitely am a 44 and sometimes a 46 in those pre-war patterns). If memory serves, the Seven was basically a cafe racer with a shirt-collar, and was introduced some time back for Insurrection as a jacket with the same clean lines and plain back as the Highwayman, but for those who wanted a much trimmer fit to it. I recall back in the 'anything goes' days there were a few custom order attempts that tried to play with the proportions of the Highwayman, but it's never going to be a success, imo, to take a jacket that is boxy by design and wear it small. What you get is a boxy jacket that's too small.... The Seven fills a particular niche very nicely.
