It’s a Thurston original. Speedy dustbowl, which is similar to a regular dustbowl, only faster. I had this jacket and it’s beautiful. The hide is amazing. I’m not normally a vic fan but this is very nice. The back is art.

The two vertical panel seams highlight the wedge latt-to-waist sweep.

Interesting question.

Also, the jacket that Ton has on does not look as long as the Thurston’s measurements. (Thurston’s “26.5”)

• I wonder if there were different versions/runs of this jacket.

For a moment, I had a Thurston’s Thedi that was made a few years ago; it has a different liner than the current model. So, there are spec changes.
