I have not seen the Black Stewart lining, but I took delivery in November of a brown FQHH Long Half Belt with the Reiver Grant tartan lining.

It's beautiful quality -- not scratchy at all, and it has worn very well thus far (no pilling or other signs of lesser-quality fabrics), plus it's warm without being overbearing.

Both come from Loch Carron woolen mills in Scotland, and are kilt materials. If you try to buy the fabric online it will set you back about 80 bucks per yard. Good stuff.

My black Highwayman is lined in black cotton drill, which has worked out great, but if I were buying another black Aero jacket, which I'm sure I will someday, I would definitely consider that Black Stewart lining.
