Aero 59'er Highwayman 1980s ?

Hi all.
I have recently purchased this Old Aero Highwayman Jacket and would like to know a little more about it.
I can only find a few images online with a similar label to my jacket ,But these other jackets have a black label and not brown. I know Aero Leathers had a jacket that looked like this one a while back.
My question is this highwayman does not have a breast pocket like the current models or have the same waste as the 59er. The jacket looks like it was purchase worn a couple of times and then hung up for 30 or so years as it is in unbelievable condition.Zips are all Ailee. I have added some photos for you guys to look at and perhaps have some input for me.

No certitude from me, but it looks like it would be a late 80s jacket, probably made from Connolly steerhide.
It looks like a mix of the current regular HWM and the 59'er.
Really nice, does it fit?

Yes it fits like it's been made for me.Its a 44 but fits like a 46.I worked at Connoly leathers back in the 80s I was a telephone engineer loved looking at all of the cars they had waiting for re trim etc.Thanks for your reply.

Yes it does look similar to your jacket ,But the label is not the same which makes me think its an old model jacket.

Ah, the 59er Highwayman is essentially a copy of today’s Lewis Dominator, which is the offspring of the original Rivetts jacket
