From the pictures on their website, I imagined it to be longer and if you compare this fit pic to Aeros pic of Paul Newman on their website, you might be inclined to agree that it looks longer there, too. Then again, the guy above might just wear a jacket a size too small and it pulls up to the waist because he's too wide in the hips?

It looks like a proper vintage fit to me. Modern trends are towards much longer jackets than of yesteryear.

I concur - that looks like how it should be worn / would have been worn in the 50s. The suede looks nice. It's a sort of odd looking yellowy colour on the Aero site; much better looking here in natural light.

Edward, Aero offers it in two colors, this is the other than yellow one.

edit; I still feel it is too small, look at how the waist band has pulled up so far to the waist that it's nearly completly covered by overlapping leather and the reason for this is, I believe, that he is too wide where the jacket's hem/waistband is actually supposed to sit. If it was not for this, the jacket would fit 1-2" longer, just as it should imho. But hey, I don't have to wear it.
