That looks like a nice felt and a beautiful hat just waiting to be resurrected. Somehow the porkpie shaping doesn't suit it. Perhaps give it a good steaming and try something different?

+1 Does not look like there is a lot of crown to work with, but anything is better than that rumpled porker.
