70s 80s Does 40s Dress

I have this very cute dress that I've decided not to wear anymore. I find that it would be best in one of your hands.

Measurements
Bust: 36
Waist: 22 - 32(stretched)
Hips: 40ish

The sleeves are just adorable tulip sleeves.

There are 2 very small hardly noticeable pen markings on the skirt front. Very small but I thought I'd mention it.

I'm thinking about $5 + S & H.
