It's black with a black ribbon and a bound brim. I bought it for my wife, actually, but it's too big for her. I suppose she's a 7 or a 7 1/8. All in all, good condition for its age. The liner is unattached for a portion under the sweatband, but you can't tell unless you pull the sweatband down. The sweatband itself is in fine condition, with a bit of fading on the edge where it meets the brim (as pictured below).
I have no idea what its worth is. I like it, but I have a 7 5/8 so that won't work out
