6 Panel that doesn't look cheap (though possibly gaudy haha)

Greetings! I hope you don't mind I started a thread for this. In the event other people visit the board and are looking for info like this, maybe it will help.

I've scoured the internet looking for sources for hats like these. I'm a small business owner wanting to come out of the gate with branded merchandise that looks unique and of great quality. Are businesses like Farmboy Brand and Matthews hiring a designer who in turn sends specs to a factory in China to make these things from the ground up? I like all the stitching and appliqués their using. Do you know of any sources for this type of work? Also, do you know of American businesses or local mom & pop type of operation who would be able to make a small number of hat's similar to this?

Stricty fitted deals with the world of Ball caps. This site mainly deals with vintage ear cap and fedora's not new manufactor of ball cap's
New Era cap company does do custom work but their are up front cost to do such work. The caps you show are done in China by cap manufactors. Don't know anything about how to get into that market.

Haha, this isn't SPAM. I've been a moderator on a big board so I've tried to tread lightly here. The problem is my searching didn't turn up a more fitting board than this and I figured you guys may be able to at least point me to a better resource, which you have!! Thank you so much! While this forum is about hat's it really doesn't deal with New baseball cap's. Most members here have grown out of the ball cap phase and find the look bad form.
Sadly there is not a forum on the net that deals with this type of cap other than the site I mentioned above

Don't know if these folks can help you out, but they're right here in beautiful, sunny Massachusetts, and have been since 1906. They do a LOT of "fancy" caps.
