Louisville, KY...and I'm a 42R, 7 1/2
I bought this hat about fifteen months ago from one of Johnnyphi's auctions. It's a beautiful hat, and part of me is sorry to part with it. But it's been sitting in my closet unworn for most of that time, and I've come to the conclusion that it just isn't right for me. Hats of proportions like this with tall, untapered crowns just don't work right for my face. However, it's a gorgeous hat that will make someone here very happy. It deserves to go to someone who will wear it and love it.

Below is the information and the pictures from the original auction. The hat is still in virtually the same condition; I've only worn it a few times. I have bashed it, of course--it's currently in a hand-bashed c-crown style, but this felt is so soft and pliable that it will do anything you ask it to. It might as well still be open crowned, given the quality of the felt.

I paid $205 plus $20 shipping and handling, originally. I'd like to get at least most of my money back out of it. Since it's no longer technically NOS, however, I'm going to offer it for $215 shipped in the continental US.

PM me with questions or if you're interested.
