40's-50's CAMPUS Sportswear Leisure Coat B & W Houndstoothish 40-42

Campus Sportswear lightweight Leisure Coat/Jacket. You may debate the exact age of this stylish jacket. Black and White small scale pattern with a strong red windowpane grid. Fabric is light and smooth. May be some faint stains--can't seem to see them when I look but photo appears to indicate some at the lower edge. I don't see any damage. Size is variable depending upon build of the wearer. A 42 that is slim in the waist and hips but not too tall could likely wear it, but probably best for a 40. Substantially rope-padded shoulders. Fully lined.

Sleeve 24-1/4", 16" inseam, about 1" more available.
31" top of collar to bottom edge rear, 29" bottom of collar down.
