Hello,
I was just looking at my 1937 Sears catalog, and none of the suit hangers seem to have any shoulder curve to them. Here is a picture of an old one I found on eBay once (at the top of the picture) :http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280137563778&sspagename=ADME:L:RTQ:US:1
So, were there any hangers with curve to them in the 30's-40's, or did the thicker weight suit fabric used then require less support?
Can't wait to find out, I know were to get some of the old hangers cheap. Just got another 30's suit and I need a hanger for it, but I want to treat it right for its age.
