30´s spring jacket or short coat

Dear ladies, what do you wear in the spring or erly summer when it's to cold to just take a walk in your dress?
I miss a short coat or jacket for spring/summer (something that I can pin my broches on )and I would really love to make myself one.
The problem is that I can't find anny patterns or pitchures of one in 30's style...

that I think looks nice I'd love to see some more to be inspired of...
I'd be deligthed if you would like to share some photos or pitchures

I have this pattern, but haven't made it. I intend to make it in twill or corduroy for spring/autumn.

I see on your blog that you knit. Perhaps a knit coat would work?

I'm totally in love with the knitted coat (third pitchure)
The last pattern envelope I think the model number 1 is super! It looks so casual and modern with that string in the waist!

I really hope you make that butteric coat! You must be so happy to have that pattern!
