Arrived today, and I’m verging on inconsolable because as I feared this 1970s Lewis Leathers Nevada, no matter how much I want it to not be, is just too small for me. Im a large 44, this is clearly on the snugger side of a 42, and I was kidding myself if I ever thought it was going to end well. Absolutely one of the coolest jackets Ive ever had pass my way and in perfect vintage condition with no tears, holes, lining issues, odours or anything else to note that I can find, and the kind of genuine patina all over that so many try to fake. If this was even just 1” bigger in every direction I would be keeping it - unfortunately, big oaf that I am, it is just too snug for me to realistically wear it these days (if I was still in my 20s I’d chance it). 1 owner from new (besides me), who bought it from Lewis Leathers , wore it a bit, then hung it in his cupboard for the last 40+ years, salesmanship aside this jacket is awesome. I’m after what I paid, so £380 delivered in the UK, happy to post worldwide but we’d need to discuss postage. Please do feel free to message here or privately with any questions.
