Two-button model with patch pockets.
Very sharp and lightly worn (if worn at all) - no staining or wear visible.
Good stout wool in a black and off-white houndstooth with maroon overpane.
By DeCicco & Longo Tailors, Youngstown, OH. Dated Sept., 1946.

Measurements:
Pit to pit 23" (there's a good 1" of selvage in the center back)
Waist 21 3/4" at top button, buttoned
Shoulders 20 1/2" straight across in back
Sleevehead to cuff 23 1/4"
Length 29 1/2" less collar
I'd be keeping this one except that at 5'11" I'm closer to a long Regular than a Short.
This should look its sharpest on a gent of 5'8" or thereabouts.
Asking $65 shipped in the US. PayPal is OK.
