1940's Pendleton Shirt & Other Items

Here is a nice Pendleton shirt in Black Watch tartan I am offering on Ebay. Posted as 1940's erroneously - it is of later manufacture date, but has some good '40's style details.

It is indeed a nice Pendleton but it's actually post-1964,
not a '40s example, the "Wool mark" is evidence of that.
Nice, though- BW tartan is great.

Thanks for the info - good to know - I was going by the collar, pockets, etc. - looks like Pendleton drew on some retro details later on.

I have a similar one in a blue/grey check, which I bought about 10 yrs ago.
I was familiar with the Woolmark but it didn't seem to match with the vintage
I attached to the shirt. I researched ithe logo and posted the 1964 info on the FL a few years back- people seem to use it- Pendletons are popular.
It can be a surprise finding out that your "'40s Pendleton" could be '70s.
