Nice jacket. I suspect that was made by Lorraine Haspel. They were to cotton what Palm Beach was to, well, Palm Beach cloth. They marketed under the Mark Twain brand. Eventually they did diversify into linen, and I suspect this jacket is from that "later" (i.e. 1936 and on).
I have a Haspel (with labels) DB jacket very similar to this, and IIRC that care label is the Haspel one. Mine is most certainly 100% cotton so the wording on the care label is different, but the style is quite distinctive. It's very similar indeed to the Palm Beach care label. I also used to own a couple of single breasted belt back Haspel "Imported Irish Linen" labelled jackets. Sold them to a couple of FLoungers as they were far too long for me.
