A 16" shoulder seems very narrow for stated chest size.

At least they haven't made the all-too common eBay mistake of claiming it to be a size 40 because it measures 40" around the chest. Either a lot of folks out there are smaller than they realise, or they don't like to be able to move in their clothes.
