I sent you some emails through Ebay - you have many of your items mis-dated. Also, there is a lot of discrepancy between the tag size and the measurements provided in most of your listings. Where are you taking the bust measurement?

It's not a bad idea to mention in the description that items are "vintage size 18" etc because the sizing has changed a bit over the years. Also, re: the bust, if there is additional seaming in the front, there might be more room in the bust than you would get if you measured flat.

Also, and please take this with a grain of salt because I'm cheap, the items with condition issues seem a bit overpriced to me, by $10-20. This is only meant to help, not to complain!!
