The missus & myself did a trip down to Copenhagen the other day.
She went berserk, wild-eyed and driveling over vintage purse and shoes.
(Pictures will come...)

Beetween pubs I found a tie...
And I really like it!
Cost me around 4 USD.

Any clues about probable decade?
Also; I find conflicting information as to when Polyester had its debut as commercially produced fabric.
Anyone?

1960s. No matter when it was invented, you never see poy used in ties before the 60s. 1940s and 50s,..rayon, wool, acetate, silk,.....60s and the disco-crap 70s era polyester.

And I am wiser.
Thanx.

All that said, it's got some neat colors.

I've actually seen some poly ties nowdays that aren't all that bad, really. For the money, I should clarify. Poly is a different animal from what it was 30 years ago.

No, we did not.
I let the female loose in Larsbjoernstraedet...
We will most certainly check out DEKO next time.
Thank you...

Thank you.
I am a novice in these matters, but the colors attracted me.

Would like to express my gratitude as to both advice and the educational process offered by you all.
